Can you see this beautiful fireplace? This builder paid an interior designer thousands and thousands of dollars to decorate this model. They put so much "stuff" in it the builder didn't even see the firplace until they went into one of the other homes being built.
You are selling square footage and you don't want to clutter up or cover up your beautiful workmanship and you certainly don't need to spend that kind of money! Stage your new homes...don't decorate them.
