You've got to make a great 'First Impression' when buyers walk in the door and they will absolutely fall in love when they get to the master suite where they  "see themselves at the end of a long hard day," as they did in this new development of 20 homes which had been on the market for 9 months with no sales and a model so "stuffed" with things buyers cound't see the spaciousness and beautiful workmanship.  We were called in to do the staging and within 1 week, 5 homes sold and in less than 60 days all but 1 was sold .
