Staging Consultation
Walk n' talk...we will walk through your home with you while you take notes and one of our staging professionals will discuss with you the list of things that needs to be done to prepare your home for sale. Seller completes all work. One hour.
Detailed consultation...a staging professional will make a thorough inspection of your property, take notes and photos as well as discuss with you things that need to be done to start preparing your home for sale. We will then return to our office develope a written report for you to follow to complete the list of work. Fees for this service are based on the square footage of the home. Seller completes all work. Option: After you have completed the list in the detailed report, we will return, "tweek" where necessary and certify that the home has been properly staged for sale. This portion of the service is an additional fee. Once this has been completed, we will then include your home on our Currently 4 Sale page...free of charge.
Decorationg Consultation...we will come to your home and discuss with you what your goal, vision and priority is for whatever portion of your home you are considering decorating. This is a fee based service.
Design Consultation...similar to a decorating consultation except inculdes elements of design, reviewing builder or architect plans. This is a per hour fee based service.
Quotes...There is no fee for us to come out and prepare a quote for us to complete any project.
